But that's entirely revamped from the "old" Outpost.com that Fry's simply purchased and continued operating. Now it seems to be something more closely resembling a real Fry's storefront, although (unlike, say, Best Buy or Circuit City) there is still no connection between the site and the stores as far as pricing and pick-up options.

Actually there is depending on who you talk to. I was picking up some RAM at the Renton Fry's about two months ago when a man standing in front of me armed with an Outpost.com printout got the website price on his router (about $50 less than the store price). They had to get a manager's approval, but they price matched the router! Hopefully this means they're syncing the website and the stores now. *crosses fingers*
