Me: Ok. So now what does that message say?
**FIRE ALARM GOES OFF**
Luser: It says... what is that noise?
Me: That is our fire alarm. Let me verify your phone number so I can call you back.
Luser: Call me back?! What am I supposed to do until then?
Me: Sir, I need to hurry - the buidling is being evacuated.
Luser: Well that's just perfect! When are you going to call me back?!
Me: Sir, I don't know. Is your phone number xxx-xxx-xxxx?
** FIRE ALARM STILL GOING OFF**
Luser: *sighs* Yes. But...

Me: *cuts him off* Ok. I'll call you back. *Hangs up and heads for the stairs*

--an hour and 5 fire engines later--

Me: Hello, is this Luser?
Luser: It's been more than an hour!
Me: Yes, well there was a car fire in our parking garage which is located directly underneath our building. In fact it was the car parked next to mine.
Luser: So, are you gonna fix this or what?
