I r eported this to you company. They emailed me that would look into it and advise me.They did respond saying they would Look into this matter and advise me.Now I have heard nothing.I spent $1200 on my coputer for my busines and adware is still there when I run it.Please advise me when it will be removed.Next stop Legal action. Best regards.

Man, nothing kills my sense of hope for this country more than "OMG something's happening that I don't know how to fix, will sue you if you don't fix it." Never mind that they rarely have any idea what the -source- of the issue is, or whether it's even something that the techs in question CAN fix.

Those are the kind of tickets I like to delete - so that when they come around a second time - they always have an extra pop to them!

a possible response

Dear Sir/Madem:

We regret that you have ad-ware/spyware on your computer. Rest assured, we did not put it there, hence you must have picked it up from elsewhere.

As far as threatening legal action, We would request that you finish at least a 4th grade writing and english course before we will take any such threats seriously.

Dear Legal Action,

In order to assist you, here is the defence we are going to use:

You. Are. An. Idiot.

Yours,
The Guys Laughing At You.

I like "Next stop Legal action" immediately followed by "best regards" - it's just funny :P
