techrecoveryOne of our customers wants to upgrade his computer by adding two additional hard drives in RAID1. His OS is already on a hardware RAID. I was hoping to just cheat a little by creating a software mirrow, but apparently XP Pro can't do it. This wouldn't be driving me so crazy except our data bucket is running on XP Pro and the secondary drive is RAID1. Nobody knows how it was accomplished, except they know a hexeditor wasn't utilized.
Well, considering this is a university machine, i'm sure he can foot the bill for another hardware raid controller.
