talshoe guy activates nm last night

talshoe but this morning he can't get to any of the features

sid_dslaci reboot to safe mode
sid_dslaci then uninstall
yoyojedi uninstall $SOFTWARE_BRAND
sid_dslaci then go get the fireaxe
yoyojedi don't reinstall $SOFTWARE_BRAND until the computer is "fixed"
yoyojedi and by "fixed" i mean not-98
