I just had a customer call and complain about her DSL being a bit wonky. That's all well and good, but this customer happened to be right in the path of the bloody hurricane. Her walls are shaking and her power is blinking.

You'd think she'd be more worried about living through the storm than about her blasted DSL.!

LOL we have users that are at WORK right now complaining the network is too slow even though the walls are currently blowing away because of the hurricane.

During the blackout a month ago a friend of mine got a phone call from one of her clients who absolutely insisted that my friend should drive over to her house and get her online through dialup.

During 9/11 the World Trade Center destroyed a central office for the company I worked for and we had people calling in that same day bitching b/c their phone didn't work. Didn't care about all those people dying, just that they had an interuption of service ... jeesh.

Remember rule one; if 1users had clue, they would be answering the phones, not calling.

Ohhh same here
