Your software.  Did I download it?  Is it compatible with Win98? I download, and then have to remove many, many programs that have abandoned Win98, which is used by millions - abandoning it would seem to be gross stupidity.
Millions of customers, but let's not wrte for it, eh?  Definitely stupidity.
Oh by the way, can you send me a cheque for two thousand quid, just got to buy this pedigree budgie for me daughter - well, you decided not to write for Win98, you must be stupid. Never give a sucker an even break - W.C.Fields. I'll have a look on my hard drive, but it doesn't ring a bell.
If it's any good, and you have not abandoned 98, I'll definitely give it a go.

I am happy to say that a bit of code I'm hacking together in C++ will work under Windows 2000, and Windows XP. It may work under NT 4 if you've got the right version of Internet Exploder installed, should work on 2003, and might even work on Vista, but it Will Not Run on 95, 98 or ME.

Another bit of code I'm tinkering with is written in VB6, and so will run on anything from 95/NT4 upwards. That's not to say it'll be tested or supported on any of those...
