Dear [Maker of obviously hidiously expensive kiosk]:
Wile we think your machines are cool enough that we bought something like 10 or fifteen of them scross three batches, It would be greatly aprecciated if you had a single hardware standard for all of them, instead of changing the controlling computer between the three batches we bought. It makes for utter HELL and ass loads of wasted time trying to figur out which batch the computer in question belongs to when we have to reimage the machine in order to bring then up to corporate standard.

and P.S. to cow-orkers: Dudes, document the mutha fuckas decently next time, m'kay? Blowing 4 hours on two seperate ghost sessions because you listed a machine as a "batch 1" instead of a "batch 2" sucks 55 gallon drums of donkey urine thorugh a very small straw.
My work has, as a perk, free soda for their employees. I've got my coke, where's the rum?!?!?
