Dude. I know a guy exactly like this one. He was just trying waay too hard to impress us, and he came off as annoying the first year or so, but he's gotten much better.

The fun thing is, he ended up screwing his roommate's girlfriend. So maybe the OP's fiancé should keep his eyes open. You know, just in case.
