Idle Time

Just a question to all of you in call centers who do over the phone tech support...

Don't know if anyone here gets "idle" sometimes where they work, but at $company we occasionally do. I got yelled at today for looking at my bills online. Aparently idle time is supposed to be spent "bettering myself."

What is it that you do in your "idle time", if you get any.

I'd love suggestions on how to "better myself"

I work for one of the countries largest bank processors and we have a ticket system where bankers can send emails that automatically open up tickets.... and sometimes you just get a few tickets that are priceless....

"IS THE PROBLEM/ NEEDS MORE LIME IN THE COCONUT/ CAN'T LOG IN TO THE INTERNET//SYSTEM EXTREMELY SLOW...PLEASE CALL"

and since this was a good one i just figure'd I'd share it with you guys....
