A service ticket was opened by a user stating that an external customer wants a report from our system. OK, not a problem.

Call the user and ask her what the customer wants. "I don't know." Mmmmmmmkay. She transfers me to another user (the one who originally receive the request from the customer). Second user has the same answer. Uh....people....why in the holy hell are you opening a service ticket NOW on something you don't even have details on????
