Y'know? like... I can't remember my password..

Can you like, y'know, change it?

ME: Sure can.. Alright.. the new password is ABC123..

oh, that's like.. you know, to hard to remember.. can't you set it to like one letter or something?

ME: *bangs his head against his desk*

Let's just take all the warning labels off everything and let Darwin's theories work for a change....

I had a lady call in yesterday. Didn't know her username or password. Her husband, who set up the account, never bothered to write his password down or attempt to remember it. When I questioned this she said "Well, he's my husband. You know how that is." And I thought "Gee lady, I don't. For I have no husband, but my boyfriend isn't dim enough to not know his passwords."
Anyhoo, they wanted me to change the password. The husband suggested something slightly lame, I changed it to that, and he passed the phone off to the lady. The lady says "Let's change it to something else." Me "Uh, I just did change it." Lady "But we're in public, think up something to change it to and tell me." Me " :O Uh, I'll change it to 'abc123' but call back later to get it changed." Lady "Why? That's good enough." Me "Because it's not a very good password and it's easily hacked and wouldn't you like a better password?" Lady "I don't get why you're giving me a hard time! What's the difference?!" Me "Uh, nothing I guess. Your new password is 'abc123', have a nice day."

I think I'll join you in that head bashing on the desk.
